Please acknowledge that you have read and understand the following: The Durham County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, in its sole discretion, retains oversight authority of the Grant Program, including but not limited to the following remedies: a. Upon a finding of any material misrepresentation in the Grant Application process or upon a finding of mismanagement of grant funds after an award has been granted, the Durham County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board reserves the right to terminate any awarded grant and seek reimbursement of any funds awarded, and/or to withhold any additional funds that might otherwise be due under Section V; b. The Durham County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board may request a site visit from any grantee in order to allow the Board to gauge the proper management and effectiveness of the grantee program. If, in its discretion, the Durham County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board finds that a grantee refuses or is non-cooperative in facilitating a site visit, the Durham County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board reserves the right to terminate any awarded grant and seek reimbursement of any funds awarded, and/or to withhold any additional funds that might otherwise be due under Section V; c. Upon a finding of any material misrepresentation in the Grant Application process or upon a finding of mismanagement of grant funds after an award has been granted, or if the grantee refuses to cooperate with a requested site visit, neither the applicant nor its principals shall be eligible to apply or participate in the Grant Program for one calendar year.
