Hello! I am looking for a resource where I can find professional 2D and 3D artists with experience specifically in game projects. It is very important that these are not just illustrators, but people who understand how visuals work in interactive products. I will be glad to receive any recommendation.

Hi. Yesterday, my colleagues and I discussed how often functions get mixed up in projects. When a game designer decides for an artist, and a programmer tries to edit the narrative - nothing good will come of it. I am increasingly convinced that success begins with a clear role system in a team.
When I taught courses on game development, one of the main problems for students was confusion about roles. Who is a level designer? What is the difference between a game designer and a narrator? Instead of boring lectures, I started giving a link to game development roles guide , because everything is described there so logically and clearly that even a beginner can figure it out without any problems. This seriously increased the level of understanding of the processes among students, and the projects began to come out much more coherent.
