Hey cosplay fans! I’m putting together a costume that includes a bespoke ID card for my character, complete with symbol, rank, and a tiny “classified” stamp. I want it to look like it belongs in the same universe as my outfit. Has anyone crafted character IDs for costumes? What design sources or printing tricks did you use to get that authentic feel?

That sounds epic! I’ve only used paper props before, so glossy PVC with UV ink is next‑level. I can see how these details would make a cosplay really stand out at a convention.
