Sealed bids, so marked, will be received by the Durham County ABC Board until 2:00PM Eastern Time on Thursday, May 30, 2024. Bids will be dropped off at the Durham County ABC main office located on 3620 Shannon Road, Suite 200, Durham, NC 27707 at which time they will be publicly open and read. The work contemplated will include the construction of a new 6,000 square foot ABC store located at 2525 Page Road, Durham, NC 27703.
