Pot o' Gold Shots 🌈
INGREDIENTS
1 (3.4-oz) package lemon or pineapple Jell-O
1/2 cup cold whiskey
1 cup Cool Whip
Gold sprinkles
6 rainbow candy belts, cut into 2-inch pieces
PREPARATION
In a small saucepan, boil 1 cup of water. Add Jell-O mix, stir until dissolved. Turn off heat, mix in another cup of water and whiskey. Pour the mixture into 16 plastic shot glasses on a baking sheet, filling each two-thirds full.
Refrigerate until set, approximately 2 hours.
Add a dollop of Cool Whip and gold sprinkles to each glass. Before serving, place a rainbow candy belt on top, shaping it into a semicircle like a rainbow.
Classic Mint Julep
INGREDIENTS
8 mint leaves, with extra mint sprigs for garnish
1/2 ounce of Simple Syrup
2 ounces of bourbon
Crushed ice
PREPARATION
Begin by muddling the mint leaves and Simple Syrup in a chilled julep cup or fizz glass.
Then, pour in the bourbon and add crushed ice.
Place a swizzle stick or bar spoon in the cup and gently mix by spinning between your hands.
Finally, top it off with more crushed ice and garnish with the mint sprigs.
Lucky Charms Shots ☘️
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cold whole milk
1 cup Lucky Charms cereal, divided
1 cup chilled Irish cream liquor
1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
1/4 cup vanilla frosting
PREPARATION
Begin by soaking 1/2 cup of Lucky Charms in milk for 10 minutes to infuse the milk with sugary charm.
Strain out the cereal, combine Bailey's with the flavored milk in a pitcher, and give it a mix.
Reserve 8 marshmallows from the remaining Lucky Charms. Crush the rest of the cereal and combine it with sprinkles on a plate.
Dip the shot glasses in vanilla frosting, then roll them in the crushed cereal mix.
Fill the glasses with the Bailey's-infused milk, add a marshmallow, and toast to some magically delicious sips!
Green Party Punch
INGREDIENTS
48 oz Green Hawaiian Punch
12 oz pineapple juice
16 oz lemon-lime soda
2 cups gin or vodka
Lemon or Lime slices for garnish
PREPARATION
Combine the Hawaiian punch and pineapple juice in a large pitcher. Add alcohol.
Just before serving, stir in the lemon-lime soda.
Serve over ice and garnish with slices of lemon or lime.
